Is this really fully online?
Yes. All sessions, individual and group, are online. Group sessions are recorded, so a missed session never means missed content. Once a year there’s an optional in-person meetup afternoon, purely a bonus, never a requirement.
How much time does this take?
The six modules take about 2 to 3 hours a week, at your own pace. On top of that: 4 individual sessions of 45 minutes and 4 group sessions of 2 hours, spread across the year.
What happens in the first 1:1 session?
We go through your Drivers assessment together, in depth. This is also the point where the guarantee applies: not convinced this is right for you, you get your money back.
What if I get stuck between sessions?
Email or WhatsApp me directly. Support between sessions is unlimited.
What’s the difference with the Career Clarity Course?

Is this based on personality tests? I’m sceptical about that.
No personality typing. The 360-degree feedback step is structured input from colleagues and managers who actually work with you, not a personality quiz. It is data about how you come across in practice, not a label.
